Step by step instructions on deactivating users in Bank Shot's patented portal.
Please note that you will only be able to deactivate users with a lesser role than your own. To deactivate users with the same role, you will need to contact Support.
- Login to the portal - here!
- Click "Settings", then "Users".
- If you do not have access to this, please contact your account admin or Bank Shot Support
- Find the user you'd like to deactivate. There are a couple ways to do this:
- Search by their email address
- Sort by "role"
- Sort by "last name" or "first name"
- Once you've located the user you'd like to deactivate, click on the "ID" to the left of their name.
- Click "deactivate user" on the bottom right of the pop-out screen.
- That's it!
