So you are now using our new Disbursements feature and would like to onboard a new Company Account for creating and sending out Disbursements!
Before beginning, please confirm that you have privileges to onboard Disbursement accounts. If not, you will need to contact your contract holder or Account Admin in order to upgrade your permissions.
Here's how to manually onboard a disbursement account:
- Login to the portal.
- Navigate to "Settings", and then "Disbursement Accounts"
- Select "Create a disbursement account" at the top right of the screen.
- If you are the administrator for multiple companies, select the company this disbursement account will be designated for.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Plaid screen and select "Link with account numbers"
- Enter your bank information.
- Within 1-2 business days, you will receive microdeposits in order to verify your account.
- Enter the codes in the verification field in Bank Shot.
- Once the account has been onboarded, you can update the account nickname and add a signature.
